We want to thank you for spending your Saturday at “Speak Out for Kids” with us. You each worked really hard to understand the data and issues and our kids and to set the priorities for our children in Henderson County. It could not have happened without YOU!
So what happens next? We begin to gather people together into an implementation team and start trying to put the priorities you set into action. We will continue to keep you updated as we move forward in the process.
From all the United Agenda staff and supporters, again we offer our thanks for your time, consideration and the seriousness with which you approached this process. As was quoted that day, “The world is run by people who show up”; and on Saturday, October 20 YOU showed up and had your voice heard.
